My very own THREE year old

so, I totally have my very own three year old.
and let me tell you... its fun but tough.

what the doctors fail to tell you about three year old toddlers are things like, their ears start to fail, im serious, for some reason they can no longer hear anything! Then they are 1,000x more emotional, tears come like 10 times per day ( 7 if your lucky ) and they become very forgetful, so get ready to repeat yourself OVER and OVER.

other than that, they say HILARIOUS things, become rather cleaver, and they get to go to preschool!!!!

SIDE NOTE: we got her preschool supply list in and the first thing on it was playdough, I got so excited! I mean DUH why wouldn't that be on the list? and I became rather picky when it came time to choose 4 colors to buy... O em G! so cute!

I just can't believe that my little 6lb 15oz perfect sweet beautiful darling is three! CRAZY! is this even legal???!!! well it shouldn't be! they should HAVE to stay little forever!!!

Lucy is so funny, creative, and outgoing! We were at the play area in the mall and she found a friend in a 4 year old boy, sweet little thing, super well behaved! when we went back 2 weeks later, he was there again! She ran up to me ( who was just as excited he was there by the way ) and squealed, " mommy my best friend is here, im so excited! " moments like that remind me im doing a good job with her. some other things she says are

" I love hanging out with my family "
" I missed you berry munch "
" hey hey Charley Charley "
" its a pretty sunny day "

she comes running into my room in the morning, " mommy wake up, its a pretty sunny day " :)  makes my heart smile!

I have defiantly struggled the most with her at this age, almost like we are re-teaching her all of the morals and values all over again
*hmpth*
yep!

no matter what, she is perfect in my eyes. my sweet little sassy girl!

she is developing her very own relationship with Jesus, he is her best friend, when she prays, she never says the same thing twice. I love that! she already knows how to pray and is comfortable enough to talk to Jesus!

thank you thank you thank you LORD!

one last pic, most recent one, her with her puppy friend Hope ;)

...being silly of course!
